1...Thanking God for not making me a woman is in appreciation to the WOMAN fot the hardship she goes thru giving birth.

2...The circumcision is a hygienic "rite" like many of the Jewish laws.
In the Bible (written by man) it is presented as a bond between Man and God...won't u say that it is a small price to pay for "direct" channel of communication with God compared to the price the Christians have to pay to communicate with God thru the Church?
So what is the big deal with "canceling" the circumcision.
Moslems get circumcised as well....Hygien is the word.
