OK. Since you say 'human rights appurtane from conception on'.... your position implies that you'd lock up (or otherwise legally punish... maybe stoning is your thing) pregnant women if they smoked... or ate fatty foods to excess, or did not get proper exercise, or vitamins, etc., as those actions could reasonably be assumed to harm the incipient human... I read this and became so angry I almost did not respond to it. But in the interest of charity I will assume you are just too imbecilic to understand that motive is a critical component in any moral judgement.
