Chomolungma, keep in mind that direct competition in a
target market also affects margin profitability. IF there
were 20 other dentists in your cousin's town he likely would not be able to charge the fees that he can with
minimal competition, which would definitely affect his
profit margins. Comptetition, market share, and pricing
affect margins.... BB

But dentistry is most certainly NOT a commodity, whereas most banking products are.
