I repeat accurately that neither Bush nor anyone at the white house has said the statement included in the State of the Union is false, only that it shouldn't have been included due to a lack of corroborating evidence. Re: "Then what was the point of fighting back? Just to show we could do it?" The point is to defend ourselves by lessening the liklihood, frequency, or scale of further attacks. Nothing in my post precludes this(should be obvious), hence your question here is odd indeed. Re: "You need to read the UN documentation closely.......or you can remain unaware of the facts........its your choice." I think this of you. And I suppose Saddam didn't gas his own people? I suppose the latest report does NOT say we've found cut and dried evidence of an elaborate attempt to cover up. What do you think they were covering up, water guns or plans to build long range missles, etc.? Give us a break, we know too well this mans insanity and inhumanity, and it is good that he does not hold the reigns still, very good. Dan B
