$2 per share and BKHM at $2.74 totals $4.74 per share, less than market for the share in your pocket. They will try to tell you BKHM with NUFO is worth $3.74 so the total is $5.74/share. It ain't.

Looks like you will have to sue the directors of NUFO if you get less than equivalent to current market value. Their fiducial responsibility is to get you more than current market value for your shares at the time of the transaction. You can rest assured they are pocketing a bunch of the cash (or its equivalent), and running for Mexico. So they have it to cough up.

You ought to be able to get a good lawyer for this one. No brainer.
