Make sure and buy back in when the time is right

I keep getting "bandwidth limit exceeded" from SBC when I try to access my suppliers. (I had posted their message here but decided I didn't want the NE thread to become an ad for SBC!) I have thought for some time this bandwidth glut was nearing an end.
