You may require that proviso on your thread but here, although I encourage it, I do not require it. So is that a "green light" for people to just complain about foreign policy decisions, neither being required to critically analyze them, nor provide their own proposals for how to resolve a particular problem/strategy? My goodness... what incentive does that present for people to propose or analyze anything, knowing they are fair game for the demagogues? I hope that you'll rethink this Faultline... Shouldn't the goal of a discussion thread be Dialogue, not Monologue? Hawk
