At the site you referenced, they define atheism and agnosticism differently. According to their definition, I am an atheist. As for the unicorns, I don't think we're being boggled by the same thing. You're asking why and I'm asking how. I agree with you that unicorns are no less likely than anything else. The great question that leads to my uncertainty is how the universe came about if the universe is all there is. If there's nothing outside the universe, what triggered the universe to be designed or banged or however it got there. That's why I can't rule out some kind of deity.
