Well, the question is not whether there is some kind of order, unless you want to head straight for the premise of complete unreliability of experience. (Of course, we could be in some kind of mental ward). In ordinary experience, we depend on there being a substantial amount of order. If not, no refrigerators, no televisions, no showers, no condos, no Fresh Fields, etc.

but it is not the kind of order people would "like" to call God- in that it doesn't concern itself at all with our tiny human considerations of "order" (namely our own order)
