Matthews is full of it if he said that. Kerry is as clear as anyone in the government and as clear as any candidate on Iraq. It's not an either-or situation. Saddam had to be handled one way or another sooner or later. Bush chose the most reckless course and disappointed those who trusted him to lead in an intelligent way. Kerry won't make those kind of mistakes when he's president.
