That doesn't sound to me like a "hoax"...

The CIA did say they didn't want that info in Bush's State of the Union before hand. But Bush used it because it fanned the war flames and that's what he wanted. Nothing that Bush claimed has been proven except that Saddam was a bad guy. But he was no threat to the US. The article I posted states that the CIA admits the Niger letters were forged.
