I know LU filled many retirement portfolios in 2000. Maybe it will also help the retirees who still hold them if we see a comeback.

I know the price is relative. I am just a hopeful prognosticator. ~}:<)

Don't think of LU stock as being at $2.79, think of it as a company with an $11.6 billion market capitalization. Doesn't seem so cheap then considering they only had $8.5 billion in sales in the past four quarters, expect to have the same sales in the next four quarters, and will approximately break even on that level.

Doesn't matter is the share price is 28 cents, $2.80 or $280 unless you consider the number of shares outstanding.
