Look up some facts. What has ruined Calif is the combo of the corrupt Gray Davis, and the state being mandated by the courts to pay for the health and education of the waves of immigrants - both legal and otherwise - into that state.

I think this link shows that CA business is at a distinct disadvantage to other states. It certainly explains the lack of jobs and that ain't Bush's fault.
