Right now, there are multiple strikes across Southern California, including the union of grocery store workers who are protesting cuts in their health care benefits. Management is complaining they have to reduce the benefits in order to better compete against non-union supermarket chains, including Wal-mart who is furiously entering this market. I'm sure this illegal worker thing with Wal-mart is going to help bolster the union's PR campaign.

I don't get how large corporations get around immigration laws. I have to assume that the illegals Wal Mart hired all had legal SS cards and they didn't check any further.
