actually, i thought there were several good things conveyed in the call.... but i was certainly disappointed with what he refused to answer. all-in-all, my opinion is that there are constant improvements within the company and the sector. unless there's a setback in the economy and the telecom sector, the company appears to be well-positioned (new products, partnerships, etc) to participate in the recovery.

with all due respect, I've watched Noam for several years now and my conclusion is that he doesn't want to open any possibilities for a class action lawsuit so he rarely makes any forward looking statements of significance.

Personally I think he overdoes that but the MRV model has been an inherently risky one and I could see the company being wiped out by one such lawsuit. You can't be nailed for misleading or lying if you don't open yourself up to it by making rash statements.

As for his reaction to those assertions, well, that might be very telling indeed and perhaps we should trust our guts in that regard.

M1, though I understand your frustration I can't see that the Board will pay much attention to a few letters from very minority shareholders. That may be wrong but that's how it is, if one is to be realistic.
