Makes me puke, frankly. I'd much rather have a pres whose sole hope for election is other than more terrorism.

Do you realize that more terrorism is Bush's only chance of victory in '04? Or that an absence of terrorism means he'll lose? Domestic policies look like the stock market will rise but a recovery will continue to be jobless. Even absent scandal there's little for Bush to hang his hat on without.
