i dont know...it looks like the s.e.c thinks that nothing is legal...i mean i saw some that had some merit,but to automatically claim that any paid service should than have a one year restriction on it sort of is an oxy moron for the words free trading and the s-8 system themselves.. i see a lot of the actions today are strictly 5 a and 5 c which tells me that anything received freetrading is a lie and everything carries a one year restriction or they just did not have anything else to get them on and they just want to take the whole money raising part of the game down.. which would lead to what...buy on news and hope.. i am all in favor of proper promotions,but cant see anything in today's cases that shows me that they view anything promotional as legal..
