I know all the erudite thinkers say that Chinese globalization will ruin our economy.

I do not buy that a prosperous China or Japan will be a negative. Definitely not on balance. We will have to cut out a lot of excesses but for every business that is hurt another business opportunity will open up.

There are plenty of entrepreneurs here that will jump to supply the Chinese with whatever they need. In fact we also have excellent salesmen who will sell them plenty of stuff they don't need-they will plant the seed of need.

Life will be very different but this country will adopt, survive and thrive. In fact willingness to change has always been a strong point of ours. An economically strong US of course will also benefit Japan and China.
