I think you should explain yourself, here, in public. You wrote me this message:

Know thine enemy.

I do.

Do you?

I think we should exchange emails.

I have my reasons why I come to you now, but I would not say being an enemy is one of them.

Maybe what I know can help you, maybe it won't. I think it might.

From what I know of the suit, I believe you know enough to be dangerous, but you need a bit more accurate information to get what you want.

Speaking of what you want, is this all about jail time? Is that all you're after?

No answer? What a surprise. Just like when I wrote you asking what your motivation was in giving me "more accurate information" (LOL, I'll bet) but first demanding answers to some questions about whether or not Berber and Moor might just wind up in a federal prison like Bernard Ebbers (beyond my control, ultimately).

I guess considering the racketeering allegations and the penalties for committing these kinds of crimes, I should not be surprised that Berber and Moor would attempt to derail this process through imposters. Unwise, but no surprise. I imagine their delusions don't permit the realization that maybe just maybe what worked the first time won't the second.
