Yes, it's a simple system ranging from -5 to +5, with a zero line in between the two extremes... The zero line sometimes acts as a support or resistance level, and of course -5 would mark an extremely oversold level for things like the OEX, S&P-500, and the DJ-30... Usually it will work very well with the QQQ also. This is what I use to help me trade LEAP options, because usually there is a considerable length of time between the two extremes of the YI, unless the market is extremely volatile.
