Too bad we have only the tabloids for that... and no legal rulings. It may be possible that BOTH individuals have conducted themselves in their lives, such as to risk possible legal action --- but since no charges have been placed, and no convictions rendered --- we are left with the american presumption of innocence... and with tabloid gossip and opposition attack campaigns. Probably are far more important governmental problems to be worried about.
