I am not disputing what you are saying. I was simply pointing out that for Marc Henderson to apparently shrug off what AQI, surely knowingly, initiated in a phone conversation as of "minimal importance" and to effect surprise at the consequences of sending, at that particular time, this "private" letter comes across to me as highly disingenuous. An intuitive, psychological point if you wish, not a technical or legal one. I hold shares in both, by the way, so my interest, without the benefit of ever meeting let alone knowing the participants, is to try to guage what sort of people I have entrusted my monies to. Disingenuity doesn't impress.
