The "Red Dean" will have a lot of trouble getting over 20% nationally, even if the cigarettes flow like water, and Philadelphia "turns out" 120%. He will destroy himself with his OWN mouth. There is no need for Bush to do it to him...

Vicious neocons such as Perle have been planning their dirty deeds for decades. They now have, as Rumsfeld lovingly puts it, "all the elements of national power" at their disposal, and will not release it except from their cold hands.

I'm reading the new biography of John O'Neal, the chief counter-terrorist expert at FBI who uncovered the bin Laden story. It talks about the sincere people on the front lines, but you get a glimpse into the manipulation by those who really profit from terrorism, as he is stonewalled and eventually resigns and is killed on 9/11.
