All I know is that, for his 8 years in power, their was one criminal conviction of an administration official... while the equally long 8 year tenure of the Reagan administration produced 29 criminal convictions. (Remember President Bush's last minute pardon of the Pakistani heroin smuggler - with CIA connections - caught red-handed with over $1 Million worth of heroin at La Guardia?)
