The Governors of IL and MI also.... Also, did you see the NYT piece the other day about seniors lined up at the Mexican border to buy their prescriptions? It quoted a Border Patrol official saying they had 'other priorities' than enforcing that particular law.... Re: "How is that a USA exporter can sell drugs in another country cheaper then in their own?" >>> Well, big Pharma says the American consumer is financing all Pharma's important R&D! There wouldn't be as many 'new drugs' if we weren't over-charged! >>> So, if we are paying (along with the American taxpayer: most medical research gets a HUGE helping hand from government financed studies, and government financed R&D) for most of Big Pharma's drug R&D... then shouldn't we have an equity interest in their resulting commercial products? <G> Shouldn't we be able to say where that R&D money gets spent? (like: spend more on cancer and AIDs... less on Viagra!) LOL!!!!!!!!!! >>> I'm sure they'll LOVE that argument! <G>
