Ancient Isra'El was destroyed by G-d for sinfulness and non-observance. It is the belief of all real Jews and not that of the phonies who base their faith on whether or not their Mother was/is a Jew by birth or conversion and eat unleavened bread once a year. There were plenty of International Laws in effect in 1948 and Isra'El violated most of them and ever more so today. What is most distressing is that backing a "Jewish" state (or any other religious state) violates America's own Constitution. len
