BTW talk radio was built from nothing by guys like Rush. This guy had a talk radio show when Rush was still in diapers: brucewilliams.com But if you're talking about "entertainment-but-no-content-shock-jock-sensationalism" then Rush is a visionary along with Howard Stern and Don Imus.
