From what I understand NONE of the ads were paid by Fonar . They are all going to be paid by the Friends of Fonar .

If you don't like that you have no say in the co. operations THEN WHY ARE YOU HOLDING SHARES ?

Sell and Move on .

IMO this dictatorial control is what keeps Wall Street from supporting the company.

It has to be more than that:

EMC management and board was dominated by Richard Egan and his family and cronies;
Comcast, especially before the takeover of AT&T Broadband, management and board was dominated by Brian Roberts and his father and their pals. Comcast also has a class of non-voting shares and a bizarre capital structure that gives control to the Roberts family.

Both found wide support on the Street. I'm sure there are other examples.
