Sure, they will have fits and starts but there is a lot of expertise and experience moving to China.

Yes. I hear of neighbors all the time leaving to go work there. If you were born there, than the standard of living in China on an engineers salary is far higher than it is in the Silicon Valley.

I am almost thinking we should charge an exit tax when people leave the US after being educated at our Universities, trained as young engineers then leave for China. I guess it will open more slots if we can ever make California a decent place to do business again.
