The true believers won't be happy till the neocons remake the CIA in the image of DEBKA or something, where the spooks tell the hotheads just what they want to hear, regardless of conventional reality. Real good for the country that'll be. Who'd a thunk, the CIA is actually part of the liberal media conspiracy. Wound up? You'll then excuse me for misinterpreting your phrasing. I thought the use of the terms DEBKA, CIA, spooks, hotheads, conventional reality, thunk, and "liberal media conspiracy" in two brief sentences in response to a tongue-in-cheek comment jabbing gently at the Pest's breathless comments about La Femme Plame's tennis partners who appear to think that they need to buy a few new chi-chi cloak-and-dagger outfits because they've been outed as friends of VP, was indicative of some sort of fervor, even if passing. The Lunching Ladies are more likely to injure themselves by slipping-and-falling on Saks' marble floors than through the act of some nefarious bugaboo who saw them playing tennis with Plame. That the Pest saw fit to comment on this bit of idiocy is vastly amusing. That many on the left bit into something the old National Lampoon might have been proud to run is even more amusing. Sorry. Won't happen again.
