I rank him right up there with O'Reilly and Coulter. They behave as if they've never gone to school. All of these people do a reasonably good job of articulating what is wrong with liberalism. All are sometimes off base. Coulter is abrasive. O'Reilly is arrogant. But Limbaugh, for the most part, is just downright great entertainment (for a while; after a while, it gets dull like anything else). I hate he has this damned drug problem, he has been hurt badly by it, but will recover. The reason Limbaugh will recover is because his constituents are intelligent, reasonable, thoughtful people who appreciate his ability to cut through the liberal bullsh*t and tell it like it is. It literally takes someone like Limbaugh, on the air 3 hours a day, to set straight all the lies generated by the liberals. His handling of topics and groups like Clinton's chronic lying and the National Organization for Women is just a breath of fresh air. Truth. That's all we want. As you've made clear by your own admission (that you believe CNN is unbiased), many liberals don't know the truth when they hear it. You guys listen to CNN or CBS or MSNBC and think you know what is going on. Until Fox, we had no resource other than Limbaugh for getting accurate news accounts free of liberal lies. Today, there are several places we can go, and I think Limbaugh had a lot to do with that. We now have a truly free media; unfortunately, many people don't pay close enough attention to know how important it is.
