... when the media starts to think thus, then it may be time to buy US equities, at least for the emerging market portion of the portfolio :0)

Even Argentina/Brazil/Thailand/Russia/Japan/ ... equities see the light of day at times ;0)

Just rarely at 40 x PE on the main board and 200 x PE on the tech board.
