Not entirely true: The arabs attack Israeli soldiers in highly vulnerable places like:

1) when they are sleeping in their barracks

2) when they are gathered at bus stops

3) when they are escorting worshippers thru alleyways

4) when they are manning checkpoints

The arabs are very adept at killing Israeli soldiers when they are unawares.

for this I blame the Israeli government for their failure to adequately protect their service people

What excuse does the Isra'Eli colonial forces have for targeting civilians then posthumously labeling them "terrorists"? They surely can have at the Palestinians at will.
