Sounds like an invite - I am on my way there. My dream destination is post-Castro Cuba. Not being American, I can go there and did. Went there in 1996 - beautiful country though dirt poor. Sanctions to a country where there is a dictatorship/political clique only strengthens the clique's grasp relative to his people. Those benefitting from the ruling classes have to be above a certain proportion of the population and have the ability to remove the incumbents for sanctions to work. You need to turn the population into mini-capitalists. Bring Cuba into the WTO and Castro wont know what has hit him when the Cubans export their expertise onto the World Markets. Basically their educated labour! -macavity
