I noticed that myself just a few weeks ago. I use those French jelly jars that they sell at Crate and Barrel. I got them years and years ago specifically because they were so wide that the could not easily be knocked over either by me or some cat. I just love them. But I noticed when I drank soy milk, which has calories, I was drinking more than I needed to. So I ended up buying some narrower glasses just for the soy milk because, even recognizing what I was doing, I still kept pouring more. Odd how that works.
