I am glad that you came to a realization which is meaningful to you. My guess is that you came to it all on your own, because what you think I said didn't come out the way I intended it to come out, at all.

Thoughts are curious things, they seem to have minds of their own.

I saw a photo in the newspaper the other day that was so striking that I tore it out to save. Actually, a matched set of photos, the one on the left of a brain scan of a woman with depression, showing very little brain activity (which you could tell because it was quite dark), and the one on the right, post depression, showing quite a bit of activity (which you could see because there a lot of bright blue light looking spots all over the place, as if she was lit up inside).

Very striking contrast, and clearly supports the position that depression isn't simply due to having a poor attitude or being in a bad mood.

Which is only my way of saying that your idea came from something you were thinking, and in my experience you (you, Rambi) think of new things all the time.
