Claude, a quibble on IMR/AQI dispute. <if IMA did not use confidential information and AQI knew it... they could be in trouble in that lawsuit> Agreed, none of us know all the facts, but there are some probabilities that are so low that we can dismiss them in our discourse. How could AQI possibly know that IMR did not use confidential information to acquire Navidad? No legal discovery has been conducted. Have to agree with attorney LJ on this one.
