Congratulations. You've had quite a ride on NTES, SL. The idea of GGing is to identify companies that have the best chance of enjoying good growth and, hopefully, a corresponding increase in stock price. The question is, how did you hit on NTES, and why did you decide to put your money into it?

that's a very sobering, very sensible thought. obsessing about it too much would give one the heebie-jeebies and keep you in bonds or cash permanently, but it's certainly the kind of thing I wish had kept in the back of my mind during the bubble...
