Thx. Thx Jay, I will add it to my increasing list . I have read Gold Wars (by Frederick Lips) and a fair bit of Austrian stuff. I think I understand what the Goldbugs (Aztecs) are on about. Catch is with all this Austrian stuff - which I do think is correct - is that you have to get the voters to vote it in. Or at least have Napolean back in power. "D'Or ou rien!" - " [I will have] Gold or nothing" Here is the catch - Voters wont ever do it. Most do not understand. A lot of countries have effectively two currency systems. In Vietnam (I have been told), when you buy a house or land you pay for it with Gold. It will be upto us each individually to switch into and out of currencies. The world will still go on, we will find a work around - as always. -macavity
