Darren after so many years between recording and actual events the simple "I have a headache" would turn into death and "I feel better now" would be equivalent to rising from dead :-))

The eyewitness historical accounts recorded in the Gospels are sober, nonwhimsical and without the elements myth. The resurrected Jesus was observed by hundreds. No ones zeals leads them to makeup lies that will cost them their lives. All the Apostles and disciples had to do was reject their eyewitness stories about Jesus and the Jews and Romans would have spared their lives. Have you read the contemporary historical documents contained in the New Testament?
