Systemic faults which are unlikely to be resolved near term?

Ok- just one question.

Global resources priced in dollars- many global producers costs priced in local currencies. An upheaval in the dollar exchange rate will impact global producers, offset near term by potential hedging.

The question:

If a dollar collapse takes place, how will the global producers of US dollar priced commodities fair?
