Everyone knows what happened on 911. The only useful(?) purpose of a Commission is to place the blame, point some fingers, at whatever organization could possibly, with luck, have predicted it, or prevented it. And those were organizations and people who were "left over" from the Clinton administration and working under the lax rules of the era. Now, how can the Commission somehow shift the blame onto GWB?
