You must be kidding. The hatred was deep before he was even elected and never let up for a day. I could not believe it. I think Bill missed the boat on that one. Conversely, you may have been premature. The early stuff appeared to me to be politics as usual, not hatred. But by the time I saw the fire in the eyes of the Congressional prosecutors, what I was seeing was either hatred or madness or maybe both. It was pretty hard to miss. I've never seen anything like it, before or since, not in my lifetime.
