Israel's West Bank?

It isn't Israel's, because it's only 10% Jewish, in spite of 37 years of colonizing. And Israel can never achieve a majority there, without killing or expelling most of the current population. Israel's Patron won't allow that (unless the process is stretched out over many decades).
