Up to 20 Iranians, most studying here legally as students at universities, are involved in the surveillance and two men have been asked to leave the country as a result.

Why only two? Also, being asked to leave presupposes that the koranic cultists have a choice in the matter.

The west is still much to kind to the evil doers of the koranic empire.
