Scary isn't it? And they could afford a 30 minute infomercial on I think the WB affiliate station. Opposite the ball game, in the 8:30 pm time slot.

It concerns me that there is apparently no real enforcement in our US securities market. I always thought there was, even if it was behind the scenes. But between the Brokergaes and Analysts on trial, between the various internet scams, between the various WCOMish scams, etc. it just leads me to conclude that the market is ignoring a serious trouble that looms. Its just business as usual. Laugh off the scams and go on. No real punishment or worse no real deterents.

No one fears the SEC. Not even 12 year old yahoo scam artists. Much less the "wize" people.
