13% is more like it. Meanwhile the story that Dean is ahead by 21% is all over the airwaves. Dean does have a lead in New Hampshire, but it's not a dominant one, at least a third of the people are undecided, and New Hampshire is hardly typical of the nation. Kery is from next door, but Dean might as well BE from NH. He is exactly like a New Hampshire character, and sometimes they liike to snub their noses at the "establishment" Bostonians.
