Krugman's brilliant. He shows that the numbers prove the real underlying Bushista policy. The most disturbing conclusion he's come up with is that even what looks impossibly brain-damaged policies are all part of a larger intentional pattern that's been planned for decades.

As Dean says, their goal is an end to taxing of capital, to pour the entire burden of gov't onto working-class Americans. It is comfortable for the elite because it is essentially a slave campaign. The only difference is instead of getting slaves from another continent identified by skin color, it's manufacturing slaves here at home from the lower and middle class, increasingly imprisoned by the relentless system of business/gov't monopolies.

They call it "free market" and "Darwinian", then rig the game and hide the controls.

IMO, so many are aware now, though, it's either they are out or there's going to be hell to pay.
