Dan, it needn't be just one thing.

There are probably some power issues with 90nm, and perhaps those explain the Dothan delay. (How delayed is it?)

But this FSB hypothesis would fit nicely with Intel's CC promise to ship 90nm desktop and mobile product for revenue THIS QUARTER. So desktop 90nm = 533 MHz FSB Prescott Celerons, and presumably mobile = Dothan (Or could mobile be Prescott Celerons at low clockspeed?)

So, my bet is that:

(1) The FSB-hypothesis is correct.
(2) There are also some power issues with the 90nm process, but they aren't what is holding back Prescott, at least for launch frequencies.
