In a duel boot (XP and W2K) is there any way to edit the W2K registry while booted to XP?

W2K is stuck in a reboot loop after a bad software install, even in safe mode it keeps rebooting. A BSOD flashes for a fraction of a second, way to fast to read. Last Known Good Configuration didn't help either. The offending software is Iomega's CD burning software. I'm hoping to not have reinstall W2K.

New tricks with Google. Google has the capability to do calculation like sqrt(-4) and conversions like half cup in teaspoons. See google.com for more information. You must use the key word "in" when doing conversions. The same Web Page also lists other things Google can do.
